Volunteers allow the GR!DSM engine to keep moving forward! We have a variety of musical and non-musical positions with various responsibilities and time commitments available.
Girls Rock!Des Moines is primarily led by and for women, girls & gender non-conforming folx. We also value diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity towards all individuals, regardless of gender identity or expression. The organization welcomes the support of male-identified allies, and encourages male-identified allies to respect the importance of leadership by women.
